Structure prices like a menu, not a spreadsheet

The sync is designed to be safe, not just fast. Items upsert by their POS ID, so re-syncs are idempotent; your manual edits are never overwritten by a sync; and items dropped from the POS are tombstoned rather than deleted, so history survives. Before you commit, a preview-before-import step parses your POS feed without writing anything, you see exactly what would land on the board.
