Live in three steps

  1. 1

    Pair your screens

Install the player on any of 10 platforms, or open the web player, and enter the on-screen code. The screen appears in your dashboard, geolocated and grouped.

  2. 2

    Create or import content

Upload media, import from YouTube, Google Drive or Dropbox, or design multi-zone layouts in Studio with live widgets.

  3. 3

    Schedule & prove it

Publish now or on a schedule. Proof-of-play logs, uptime timelines and offline alerts keep every screen honest.

Questions people ask before starting

What is Digisigns?
Digisigns is a cloud digital signage platform: you upload or design content once, then schedule and publish it to any number of screens, TVs, tablets, kiosks, LED walls and menu boards, from one dashboard. Players exist for Android, Windows, Samsung Tizen, LG webOS, NovaStar and Colorlight LED controllers, ChromeOS, Linux, macOS and any browser.
How much does Digisigns cost?
Plans start at $20 per screen per month (or $220 per screen per year). Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. See the pricing page for the full comparison.
Does Digisigns work on the TVs I already own?
Almost certainly. Smart TVs running Samsung Tizen or LG webOS install the native app; any other TV works with an Android or Windows device plugged into HDMI, and any browser can run the web player. Commercial displays plus NovaStar and Colorlight LED controllers are supported too.
Can menu boards update automatically from my POS?
Yes, DigiMenu syncs menus from 12 POS systems including Petpooja, POSist (Restroworks), UrbanPiper, Rista, GoFrugal, DotPe, LimeTray, Ciferon, TMBill, Dynamics 365 and Square. Price changes push to screens automatically and sold-out items are hidden the moment your POS marks them out of stock.
What happens if a screen goes offline?
Players keep playing cached content, and Digisigns emails you an automatic alert when a screen stops reporting. Every screen has an uptime timeline, remote screenshots and remote restart, so most issues are fixed without a site visit.
Is Digisigns secure enough for enterprise use?
Digisigns is ISO 27001 certified and GDPR-ready, with regular VAPT testing, two-factor authentication, role-based access control, scoped team accounts, full audit logs and AES-encrypted media links. Enterprise plans add advanced security controls and 24×7 priority support.
