The challenge
Seasonal campaign changeovers took a week of couriered media and store visits, and window screens were regularly caught showing last month's sale. Store teams improvised their own creative, so brand consistency drifted store by store. Suppliers who paid for screen time asked for proof their campaign actually ran, and the honest answer was photos collected over WhatsApp.
What we deployed
All 260 screens moved onto the Digisigns CMS in nested groups by region, mall and store, renamed in bulk from a spreadsheet during rollout. Campaigns are designed in Studio, a promo video zone, an offers ticker, and an Instagram widget carrying the brand feed, and published chain-wide in one action, with updates arriving by instant push. Weekend-only offers run on per-item recurrence so nobody flips content manually on Friday. Store-submitted creative clears the moderation and approval queue before it airs, the flagship video wall runs frame-synced through Sync Play, offline email alerts flag dark screens, and proof-of-play analytics log every play per screen for supplier reporting.
The proof-of-play angle
Supplier-funded campaigns changed the economics. Brands paying for screen time wanted evidence, and store photos were the old answer. Now every play is logged per screen and the chain exports playback reports instead. Rollouts collapsed to one publish action: per-item recurrence handles weekend offers, the approval queue keeps store creative on brand, and the flagship video wall runs frame-synced through Sync Play.
